Cancer Cases and death registered in different hospitals in Odisha

of 572 patients has died.

Dear friends

On 22.2.20, I had filed RTI Application to the PIO,
office of Health and Family Welfare, Govt. Of Odisha  seeking the following information.

i. Provide  
no. of cases of Mouth Cancer detected and no. of patients died of Mouth
Cancer in different hospitals in Odisha (Year-wise).

ii. Provide  
no. of cases of breast Cancer detected 
and  no. of patients  died of breast  Cancer 
in different  hospitals  in Odisha ( Year-wise) .

iii.  Provide  
no. of cases of cervical  Cancer
detected  and  no. of patients  died of cervical  Cancer 
in different  hospitals  in Odisha ( Year-wise) .

On 17.4.20, the PIO-cum-Nodal Officer,
Directorate of Public Health, Odisha has supplied the information in aggregate
not in hospital-wise. However, I have filed first appeal to the FAA to provide
correct information as per RTI Act. The information supplied by the PIO is
