RTI application was submitted
to Dept. of Parliamentary Affairs, Govt. of Odisha seeking information
about details of payment made to Deccan Charters Pvt. Ltd.
towards Hiring of
Helicaptor/Aircrafts. The details is as follows.

Total amount of 23 Crores rupees was
spent for hiring Helicopter from 2011 to
June 2015.

Total amount of Rs. 2, 66, 78,736.00 was given to Deccan Charters from 10.12.13 to 18.3.14. During this Period, Sri Nabin
Patnaik has used Helicopter extensively
and moved through out state ( 63 trip) as his pre-election campaign for Biju Janata Dal. Public money was misused
by Chief Minister for election
Campaign for 2014.
