Application was filed to 10 districts
seeking information about details of expenditure made for
renovation and repair of office
and Residence of Collectors and SPs from 2014-15 to 2018-19. Only 5 districts
have provided the information. This
information suffers from ambiguities, missing data and invisible letters. However , I
have taken a lot of pains to compile
it and put it in
public domain for knowledge
of the public. It
shows how bureaucrats are
recklessly and mindlessly misutilising lakhs of
rupees ( public money) IN
EVERY YEAR for their
comfort and luxury. This
expenditure has been made in most
poverty-stricken and
backward districts of our
state. These Collectors have taken
public money as their paternal property
and spent at their whims and fancies. The
detailed year-wise information
provided by the PIOs upto Dec. 2018 is
presented below.
